Mr. Mohammad Irfan, PE, PTOE, the founder, possesses over 30 years of combined experience in both government and private sectors, specializing in the planning, design, and management of a wide range of traffic and roadway design projects.
Progressive Consulting Engineers, PLLC, operating as Progressive Traffic & Transportation, was established in May 2006 in Houston, Texas, as solo engineering practice. Since then, the firm has steadily grown, continually expanding its range of services to better meet the dynamic needs of our clients.
The firm was founded by Mr. Mohammad Irfan, a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE). With over three decades of experience spanning both public and private sectors, Mr. Irfan brings extensive expertise in the planning, design, and management of diverse traffic and roadway projects.
